The Evil Dead at the Aero; Frank opens a portal
Gretchen falls asleep in the cinema. Frank appears in the next seat and finally removes his mask: a bullet wound where his right eye should be. "Why are you wearing that stupid man suit?" He opens a watery portal over the screen and shows Donnie Jim Cunningham’s house.

- Time Portal
- A gateway between universes, made of water, that opens at the Tangent Vortex. The Artifact is sent back through it.
- Water
- One of the two elements of time travel. Water is the barrier between universes: Time Portals and the Fourth Dimensional Construct are made of it.
- Manipulated Dead
- People who die inside the Tangent Universe. They gain the power to move through time and contact the Living Receiver through water. Frank and Gretchen are the Manipulated Dead of the film.
